This video presents Band trimming machine "UTL-600" for top and bottom monolith cellular concrete trimming (foam concrete, polystyrene, aerated concrete). This setting is used to increase quality, especially geometry accuracy of cellular concrete blocks.
After trimming a monolith is fed to the double-gantry cutting complex URMP-2P for cutting into blocks. Also double-gantry complex "URMP-2P" produces facing of both sides of a monolith block.
Using the trimming unit "UTL-600" and also double-gantry complex "URMP-2P", produced cellullar concrete blocks are trimmed on all sides. Outward appearance and geometry of block will always be at the highest level!

Не осадок! Ленточная установка производит "торцовку" сверху и снизу. Соответственно после подрезки нижней части массива, внизу остается та часть которую обрезали.
