Hey I’ve run several 5k,10k, half marathons, marathons, and Spartan races. It’s addictive and I loved it! But I now have a partially dislocated hip (from running). 10 years of running finally got to me. I’m retired from running but now my focus is weightlifting and just eating super health and hiking. I remember 2 1/2 years ago when I was doing research to get a bearded dragon I got that bearded dragon when he was 6 months old and he’s 3 years old now thanks for all the helpful bearded dragon information back then and now now I’m looking into getting a ball python and hopefully I can get one from you or form bhb

I started with a 10k and worked my way up to 2 half marathons. It was lots of work and lots of training, but so rewarding! I never thought I could do it since I didn't start running until age 40. Keep it up. You will definitely make your goals! Its an awesome feeling!

your bearded dragon videos really educate me and help me, and i do want to tell the people in the comments here that, don't get your beardies from the pet stores. ive had three from the pet store so far, and the third one was the first one i was able to bring to the vet. the reason i had to bring him, (his name was stormie), was because ive had him for about a year, and he hasnt grown sense i got him. he was the size of a bigger baby, and they told me that the dragons from pet stores are bred and took care of in the wrong ways, and usually have adneo virus which causes them not to grow, is very contagious, and deadly (they only live up to around a year). after he passed a few days ago, i had ordered a new one online which is a baby hypo girl, and came from a good breeder off morphmarket.
