Hi Graham Many thanks for your kind words of encouragement, yet another brilliant idea especially when it comes to making use of small pieces left from previous projects, a lesson for us all best wishes David

What a great idea. I love the idea of giving old scraps a long and fruitful life. Really enjoyed the video.

What happened to your incra LS TS fence system on your old table saw. I bought it based on your tear down video and absolutely love it. Accuracy and repeatability is brilliant

Fear not Barri, its going back on as soon as I can find time. I wanted to live with the standard fence on the new saw for a bit just to say I'd tried.

I'm just building in more options to my lumber storage for all the smaller pieces. But better to use them than to store or burn them!

Graham - is the 'round over' router a special router or just a small router with a round over bit in it and if so which make and model, secondly, I have wet the wooden blanks as your channel suggests to 'pop the grain' before sanding and after a couple of hours to dry, I have found the wood has gone a purply black colour and looks like a mold of some kind - I only used fresh water, - did \i leave it too long before sanding (3 hours) what have I done wrong - i can probably sand it out but something has gone wrong - can you help ta Geoff

Hi Geoff, yes, bang on. I am referring to a round over / ovolo bit in the router. The staining on the timber will be from a contaminent in the timber, not in the water which should sand out quite easy, had it myself with Oak especially a few times.

@@GTWoodshop Thank you - noticed but forgot to say, it seems only to be on the oak - both in new oak from the sawmill and from some recycled oak worktops I was using - the other woods look ok - will have a go at sanding when I have recovered :) thanks again G

Omg I can't listen, the sound does my head in. It's all out of phase or something.

Sorry about that, I checked and its fine for me.

I think you've used a stereo widener or something, as on my android phone, it sounds "phasey"... particularly if I move my phone at all.
