There was a French film that borrowed this 1986 legendary song,.... I googled it and found out : (Mon Bel Amour, Ma Dechirure 1987). It's a B-movie drama about a female theater actress who blindly falls in love with a “bad boy,” but.... it's so well matched to this song that I've never forgotten it.
