Home Affairs is unfair to those families who are from remote rural areas bcz those families can't get the clinic card ncz their mothers didn't attend healthcare centres. No I dnt think so.iam from Free state and we have a lot of farms there ND ppl tht stay in the farms as workers most don't go to town to get documents for their kids.nd when they die kids suffer. Coz even buying food the white farm owners transport them in trucks to town to buy food ND they are given limited time to buy ND get back otherwise the truck will leave them behind.
