What happens a couple years down the line say a new owner wants to replaster in a different finish. Would you have to strip it all off or will a bonding agent stick on top of it?

Its to dense to bond to. You will have to hydro blast or strip the plaster off.

my plaster starting coming out, I tried patching and replastering but noticed that a lot of areas I can hear that they were hollow (void under), previous plaster not sticking to gunite, what product would you recommend?
