I love this video! Not only because of the great tips… but. It’s so fascinating to me to have that many children. I am not Christian and I can’t even imagine having more than like 5. But it’s such a blessing to be able to carry and birth so many beautiful and healthy kids and it must be so awesome to be able to witness so many versions of you and your husband. Only few people on this planet are blessed the way you are. I know I wouldn’t change with you because I’m not that strong like you but I wonder what it would be to see how many potential livings we could create… anyway… I love your channel and I wish all the best to you and to your beautiful family❤️

Home haircuts are definitely a great money saver! My husband is the family barber and stylist, my two teen boys get their haircuts every three weeks and I take a seat on the stool and have hubby trim my ling hair. My teen boys are very picky about their hair, they don’t want whitewalls, but they like their hair kept short and with a polished, well groomed look. It takes him about ten minutes to do each of their haircuts, about 20-25 minutes to trim my long hair due the sectioning. Less time than driving one way to a shop, let alone the wait times, transportation costs, etc. with such a large family, your savings are substantial and it is so convenient. My husband has been doing their haircuts since they were quite young, so he has gotten a lot of practice and my boys consider it normal, they like his work. My mom and best friend also have hubby cut their hair as they like his work, plus it is free haircuts. So kudos to your family on doing them at home.

It is wonderful when a mom can do haircuts and save money. I let my hair grow out after my parents celebrated their 60th wedding anniversary. It just seemed too short in their pictures. That was in 2013. Dad has since passed away. I have gotten fewer haircuts and learned to trim my own hair by watching KZbin videos. I am not perfect with it, but I wear it up most of the time, trimming it when it needs it. I save a lot of money every month by doing this for myself. Thanks for sharing your talent with us. Great job, Mom!!! 🙂

If you use the lever on the side of the clippers and push it back using your # 1 and you’ll get a 1 1/2 to blend better between 1 and #2. Looks great 😊

Such a wholesome family! My father used to cut our hair and our mom’s when we were younger. He got his own business a bit over a decade ago and has since stopped because we rather he rest up on his time off, but I wish he would do it sometimes. It’s nice when someone you know cuts your hair, It’s intimate and I don’t like going to random hairdressers for that very reason

This is perfect timing. I've been cutting everyone's hair in my family - boys, girls and my own hair - and my son wanted an undercut today so I was just searching how to do it, since I'm not sure if I did it right. It's particularly helpful right now since you're only allowed to get a haircut in a salon here in Austria if you get a covid test less than 48 hours prior, which I prefer to avoid as much as possible.

You work a lot with giving them vision of what life is suppose to be like and building their character, giving them the desire to please their parents and Heavenly Father. And shielding them from all the evil and bad influences as much as possibly especially while building them up when their younger so they can have the knowledge, strength, and desire to withstand it as they get older.

I have 9 kids and only one is a boy. We gave curlies and straight. I do the haircuts myself too. My husband goes bald so that's an easy one but he usually does his own anyway. I also do my own cuts. Only twice have I had really bad results lol. One was on a kid and one on myself. In suffering that one right now 😭🤣🤦‍♀️

My oldest son has thick curly hair, I have one boy with really thick hair, several with medium thickness and a couple with really thin hair and I do the same cut on them all. So yes I think it works on them all. The curly hair is the hardest to cut though. Lol
