My daughter was just diagnosed with Pudendal Neuralgia. She also has Scoliosis (a 30 degree tilt in the spine) and I'm wondering if that caused the Pudendal issue? She has a neurological disorder as well, so her mobility isn't the greatest and she is not able to exercise. The pain is excruciating from the Pudendal issue. Would Prolotherapy help her?

Pudendal neuralgia can be very difficult to treat. Prolotherapy may be beneficial. Traditional treatment options include steroid injections, platelet lysate, radio-frequency ablation, and Neuromodulation . Seeing a local provider may be beneficial. Hope she feels better soon

My daughter has a pinched vegus nerve and also suffers from dysautonomia. Can she do a prolotherapy as her healing process is on many occasions affected by her condition.

I was told prp injections are better and more effective is this true I have 3 heirnated discs on both sides of the back prolotherapy is an option for me in the future besides ozone therapy and stem cells which one do recommend for my condition let me know thanks

Unfortunately I can't give medical advice without a true consultation because the problems and effective treatments are more nuanced than initially apparent. Prp, prolo, stem cell, hormone therapy are heavily dependent upon the provider's experience and usage and the patient's healing response. Its not a one size fits all. In essence, I've seen cases where prolo done right has been better than prp done so so

My doctor has advised to perform it for lower back but he is gonna do it without xray/ultrasound guidance. Do you think that is a common practice?

Prolo can be done in multiple ways, blind or image guided. My personal preference is using imaging. But many practitioners use without imaging as a mainstay
