I said Allen could put the team on his back (he did), win the division (they did), beat Lamar in the playoffs (he did), beat Mahomes in the playoffs (he might but doubtful), win the SB (he will if he gets past Mahomes), win SB MVP (He will if he gets there) AND win league MVP(He won’t) and it STILL won’t be enough. Bills are going to stunt the DLine this week, especially because JT got kicked out to LT from guard. Huuuuuuge vulnerability in the middle of the OLine now. For anybody confused to what I'm talking about: Ed Oliver excelled last season because McDermott ran DLine stunts all season. This season, the only time the Bills used the stunt was against the best OLine in the NFL (Detroit) to perfection. I'm not making a prediction, but I'm pointing out if the Bills stunt against a now weaker Chiefs interior, Mahomes will have a long night. Any given Sunday, it's Patrick fuckin Mahomes the top dawg in the league, but this could have an affect on his timing at points. Btw, Chiefs fans, what our teams have is fucking *chefs kiss. Every 30 years we claim the AFC(L). Hunt and Wilson helped build and maintain that league and here we are, the past custodians of the AFL in yet another heavyweight clash. It will be fun. The little discussed differences from last time. Jaylon Watson will be back to cover outside, which will allow Trent to cover the slot. Charles O also back on the DL, so better rotations and fresher bodies. Hollywood is back along with Pop and Kelce just went playoff mode last week. I am beyond excited to watch this matchup. So ya, would I be blown away if the Bills won? No, they are a good team & it is football. Do I have confidence that the Chiefs will win the game? Absolutely & if you put money on the Bills, you got balls. This is far far far away from the regular season. The lights are just a little too bright for Buffalo, like a curse or something. So good luck and hopefully someday the Bills will get to taste the sweetness of the Lombardi Trophy. It may take some of that ol bitterness away.
