What Cutty can do since he doesn't have a receipt for the shows that he had to tell the promoters that he was sick, is to show them a comparison of his income for the last two years before his accident. So, they could do a projection of the accident year income that he could have earned if he was up and running.

Nah he said he has receipts but the judge ignored them & all the money he has been paying as agreed. The problem is they believed the other party who said he wasn't paying or not paying consistently & now she wants the court to order a higher amount. It appears they put him in jail for the claims he is disputing & arguing against the increase of support to be paid, because he refers to this as "paying under duress" - meaning he is faced with harms & jail if he doesn't pay even though he has a valid argument to maintain the current arrangement & his good history of paying as required, which he has receipts for. He then stated he would prefer the Courts to handle the transactions & start paying them directly, since they won't accept his receipts but will most certainly accept their own.
