On credible information from the HNEW Team, the Humayun Nagar Police had conducted joint operation along with HNEW team and apprehended (01) Foreign National drug offender and seized MDMA Drug weighing (50) Grams, (01) mobile phone and (01) Passport from him pertains to Crime No. 398/2024, U/Sec. 8(c) r/w 22(c), 27, 29 NDPS Act 1985 of Humayun Nagar PS, Hyderabad.
DETAILS OF DRUG PEDDLER:
Mohammed AbdulRhman Osman @ Mohammed @ Osman @ Hanin, S/o. Late Abdel Shafie, age 24 years, R/o. Tolichowki, Hyderabad, N/o. South Darfur, Sudan.
BRIEF ABOUT THE OFFENDER:
The foreigner Mohammed AbdulRhman Osman @ Mohammed @ Osman @ Hanin was born and brought up at South Darfur, Sudan. He completed his schooling from Al Furqan Secondary High School in South Darfur. After that in the year 2016 he obtained (1) year valid Student Visa and landed at RGI Shamshabad and stayed at Tolichowki, Hyderabad. He joined in Aptic Institute, Mehdipatnam and completed Spoken English course. In the year 2017 on completion of his English course he went back to his country. Again in the year 2018 he obtained 4 years valid Student Visa, which is valid upto 01.12.2025 and again landed at RGI Shamshabad and moved to Tolichowki. He joined in Glocal University, Sahranpur, Uttar Pradesh for 3 years BCA course. In the year 2020, he completed his 1st year and went back to his country due to the spread of Corona. After the gap of 2 years he again came back to India and landed at Mumbai from there he went to Sahranpur, UP state and completed BCA course.
After that in the month of July 2024 he came to Hyderabad and moved to Tolichowki, Hyderabad and as he was unable to sustain his lavish lifestyle. In order to meet the expenses of his lifestyle he started indulging in Drugs Business and became a Peddler for supplying drugs to consumers in Hyd. He hatched a plan to procure drugs from Nigerians, Tanzanians, Sudan, Palestine Nationals as well as local suppliers on cheaper rate and selling to the needy persons at Hyderabad on high rate and earning easy profits.
Yesterday evening i.e., 24.10.2024 on credible information, the HNEW team along with Humayun Nagar Police apprehended him and seized 50 grams MDMA drug from him.
MODUS OPERANDI:
In this case the offender Mohammed AbdulRhman Osman @ Mohammed @ Osman @ Hanin since he is facing financial problems, he contacted the drug suppliers and procuring the drug from Bangalore and supplying the sane in Hyderabad to the needy consumers by the way of dead drop i.e., sharing the drug dropped photo and location to the consumers and receiving all the payments through mule bank account through G pay & Phone pay.
SEIZED MATERIAL:
1) MDMA weighing (50) Grams.
2) One Republic of Sudan Passport No.P07276161 belongs to Mohammed
AbdulRhman Osman.
3) One Apple I phone 13.
APPEAL TO THE GENERAL PUBLIC:
In recent times, drug abuse and consequent addiction is rising in society leading to disastrous consequences for the family as a unit and the society in general. Hyderabad Narcotics Enforcement Wing (HNEW) requests the public of Hyderabad to refrain from substance abuse and parents are advised to keep a watch on the activities of their children to ensure they do not fall prey to drugs.
