Yeah i simply can't bring myself to spend more than a certain amount of $ on this game. I have a few premium vehicles for my favoured nations but they tend to be the cheaper-mid priced units. I've bought a few of the truly expensive ones when half-off but i have no intention of getting most of the 200$ etc marketplace things

1A5NO if you're inexperienced since it's more forgiving. But if you know how to play decently the 3050DK isn't a bad choice. Overall the best I would say though is the Christian II. Leopard 2A4's are really potent killers. Excellent mobility, decent armor, very good vertical and horizontal guidance for the turret. Fantastic cannon. Good amount of smokes. etc etc. Good luck grinding! :)

Comparing it to the CV9030FIN, you have a little bit less penetration (literally 11mm flat pen, 9mm 60 deg at 0m difference), but you get a bit more than twice the ammo per belt (80 vs 35). Your reload on the FIN is 13s stock, while the DK has 10s stock. Armor difference is neglegable other than the spall liners. The DK has a slightly better power-to-weight ratio with 25.47 vs 22.73 with both vehicles fully upgraded. Considering the pros and cons between the two and the pretty neglegable difference in performance, i'm pretty surprised that Gaijin put the CV9035DK at 0.3BR higher than the CV9030FIN. It would have made sense if the DK was a tech tree vehicle, but since it's a premium i would have thought that it would get some kind of advantage over the CV9030FIN, but i guess not. It wouldn't surprise me if the DK goes down in BR.

Nah that extra pen matters a lot on that BR because the 30mm pen is so poor it can get blocked by side armor of T-series at anything but flat angles.

@@Juel92 I have to disagree with you on that one. With the experience of playing the CV9030FIN and seeing how little extra damage the 35mm does (and how you have to reload more often), i would definetly prefer the FIN over the DK. Also, 10mm extra penetration won't help you against the side skirts of T-series tanks that you face in uptiers anyways. Edit: Also, Sweden doesn't even have a 9.7 lineup, and due to how often you get uptiered to 10.0 and 10.3, you might as well just choose the vastly superior Strf 9040C.

@@simonaarekol3336 imo that extra 10-15mm pen does a lot at that br. A lot of times the 30 will not pen at all while the 35 will. That being said I haven't played the DK so I can't say for certain but def have noticed a huge difference with the 40mm. The DK has one thing over the other CVs and that is a juiced up engine with extra 200 hp. But yeah 100% agree with your edit. I currently play swedish 10.3 (just got finished grinding 9.3/7) and when I played 9.3/7 I got constantly uptiered, the most I've experienced at any BR. Then at 10.3 I keep getting uptiered as well so I'm not sure wtf is going on lol

@simonaarekol3336 The thing is most IFVs at this BR have heavy AT weapons as well as their Autocannons (Puma gets a lot more armour instead and Namer gets everything bar ammo count). The FIN and DK are punchbags for everyone else ATM. To do well in them the skill ceiling is stupidly high due to a lack of versatility with only having a 200 RPM Dart slinger. The VBCI at 9.7 for France has IRST, Crewless Turret, LWR/LR and lots more ammunition than the DK. I am shocked Gaijin thought this would sell well. They hyped up its AA abilities in the article introducing it before the patch went live....nothing but pies

@@Juel92 Yeah like the swedish 9.3 is pretty painful because the Strv 105 is kinda shite, the T-72M1 is the only good vehicle for swedish 9.3 Am so looking forward to getting into the Strv 121

Its due to it not having the additonal side pannels that most cv90s get

The CV90303FIN is better considering that it has a 80 shell magazine as opposed to the 35 in this one. The penetration difference is negligible and you'll still need to side shot MBTs to kill them anyway. No IRST or AHEAD ammo either wtf. Save your money and get the Christian II instead
