During yesterdays RACE1000 I have filmed a battle between a modified BMW 325i E30 Turbo with 725HP against a Lamborghini Aventador LP700-4! This is a 1/2 Mile straight (804 meters) drag race! I hope you enjoy the video.

I mean there's not a lot to it with a lambo. Prior to the event, everything is pretty well dialed, professionally calibrated and ready to launch at any red light. The car does the rest..especially in half mile racing Speaking from experience, my car will drag both of them on just my everyday commuter file, and I literally don't have to do shit but use the right tire pressures and press the gas lol.

i doubt he was using launch control he probably just knew what he was doing. from what i have heard F1 cars dont have launch control but if they are launched wrong they trash their engines. i have also heard that if you dont launch them correctly they shut off before you damage the engine......

I would definitely enjoy drag racing if I could see different views of the cars transitions down the track. The 325’s transition looked interesting from the rear, but imagine what we could see if there were several cameras showing us the approaching cars all the way to the finish line?
