I’m don’t know how much of this to believe. I shopped at CVS for decades. Then a couple years ago they decided they didn’t need to respond to price match. I have SS which has great discounts. But my whole family doesn’t get that so we also checked Good RX to compare. Sometimes it even beat SS prices. Then they say not anymore. Their price is their price. Even if every other store in my town had a lower price, they didn’t care. I’m not there to buy candy, soap or toys. It’s medicine. Something I must buy. So I switched to two other places and they are close to each other in price but far cheaper than CVS.

I recently found out CVS brings in a lot of revenue: $322 billion last fiscal year. That's more than CostCo ($242 billion) and Microsoft ($211 billion) !

“What this does is it aligns the economics of our pricing for drugs to what consumers will pay at the pharmacy counter. Essentially what people have been saying is that we don’t understand, it’s not transparent”. Can someone explain what this means, I don’t understand.

It means "I am trying to say verbiage that placates the poor people stuck buying from us while also telling our main shareholders they will continue to be filthy rich, as am I." THAT is what it means.

How does Karen Lunch have the guts to be on TV when she really belongs to jail?! She’s talking about medication costs and yet it’s PBMs like CVS-owned Caremark that are the primary reason why Americans can’t see the real price of a medication. If we get rid of PBMs like Caremark, we can see the same price that the rest of the world sees and we can afford the brand medicines that are made by pharmaceutical companies that are headquartered on our soil.

They really don’t work for the Americans retirees. This is all false advertising to make believe are leaders in the market for Medicare. Once a consumer signed up for the program are tossed around when any medical procedure is in need is delayed , told procedures are not covered or not paid to medical professionals ,Managers are mimicking, do not take any responsibility on any grievance from the retired community . The contract with Medicare is just an easy way to fill their pockets unconsciously .

It is not said how there will reduce cost of prescriptions , once again the explanation is ambiguous. Leading consumers to believe and get their own explanation . I assume CVS will reduce the TIERS on generic RX ( prescriptions) extend the bracket from TIER 2 to TIER 1 on certain 🧬 generics or given a 20% DSc on certain BRANDS and take it as a loss, NOT

I would only shop at CVS if I had no other choice for my husband's medicine. CVSis a crook, there products are too expensive. I can get medicine at Walmart cheaper than CVS or riverside. Your pharmacy actually made me sit for 2 hours and wait for painkillers for my husband after I told them that he had surgery and was home alone. Your company policies are despicable. We don't even use our insurance at Walmart because prescriptions are cheaper without insurance.
