Yeah I agree we are treated like crap.. work load is bigger and bigger and no raises to compensate for our work load. The expectation is ridiculous.

Keep in mind, Karen's background is in insurance, not retail. She migrated over to CVS from Aetna from the acquisition in later 2017. Since she is the CEO, it's pretty clear that the Company's long term focus is on the PBM, Insurance, and healthcare services side of the business, NOT RETAIL PHARMACY.

CVS sucks, over worked employees, never has meds on hand when you need them, switched over to Wal mart, Sams phrarmacy , no more problems !

Why speak about Growth from Covid in 2021. now we’re back to realty losing 29 points in 1 year. As a leader she didn’t even once talk about her employee and what keeps cvs running. They are not even investing in talented employees. They rather have talented employees go to their competitors for $2/hour more. They have issues internally. If they keep continuing to treat their employee like this, they will end up having to hire H-1B from other countries and spending more on visas. But the individual will not get good wages. So sad that CVS can be a great company to work for but doesn’t take the small step to retain great employees.
