The CVS Vaccine Clinic occurred yesterday and the CVS staff are true miracle workers. Two staff and they were able to vaccinate everyone that signed up! Thank you, CVS! However, the Multi Patient Registration Form was time consuming..

My son received his shot but lost his card. Can I go back to the c.v.s. Pharmacy and pick up a new card?

I agree that going online to schedule an appointment is laughable. There is no place to enter information to register !!!!!! Your "care reps" (in the Philipines) are polite, but can't help. Last week, one of them scheduled an appointment in New Jersey. I went on Monday to a CVS location , but there was NO APPOINTMENT SCHEDULED. !!!!!!!!!

I found the process very easy! I registered my wife and myself in less than 10 minutes. Now, you might be in a state that hasn’t received the vaccines yet, so I can’t speak on that but, here in Ohio all you have to do is check daily on the CVS website. Just follow the instructions. You will need your Medicare card to put in your number.

CVS is not ready! Not where I live. No vaccines! Requiring the elderly to register online to get an appointment is laughable!

I registered and received an appointment day and time but I didn't see anywhere to print out a receipt to prove that I had an appointmeent. I am concerned that I will show up and be told I don't have an appointment.

Are there any more important items needed to received the covid19 shots, I was told that she also need her medicare number, insurance provider, prescription insurance number. Because each time I try to enter my mom's information, I fine that there's more information need. Your website should post all of these items so that the public will know.

How about the Nurses that are doing the Covid 19 testing for CVS, are they going to get the vaccine since they are exposed constantly to Covid19 while testing??

When will the vaccine be available in my area (North County of St. Louis, MO). Everyone I call doesn't have it available yet?
