Heart At Work: Colleague steps up to support Parkinson's patient

Sisters JJ, Natalie, and Emilie are loving caregivers for their mom, Connie, who lives with Parkinson’s disease. But when a clerical error stopped payments for an expensive “miracle” medication for their mom, the sisters reached out to CVS Specialty in desperation - and patient representative Eileen LaCivita was there to save the day.
