That's a great question! The way it works is that the Apple AirPods Pro have a motion sensor built into them. I'm using ForScore on my iPad as my score reader app, and it can react to the motion of the AirPods to turn pages. In this case, if you watch closely, you'll notice that every time I need to turn the page, I'm making a quick glance to the left. That motion is interpreted by ForScore as a command to turn the page forward. Great for those times when you don't have a hand free to turn the page!
