For less than $200, that thing has some power. I'm another one who votes for it to look pretty. In theory you're going to be looking at it for a long time, may as well. Stand mixers are my first Amy Learns to Cook videos and still my favorites. Well that and New Years Eve. lol We'll keep watching Amy and Eric in 2022.

Just bought one after your review and i was certainly impressed when i came out the box,looks fantastic and a lot bigger than i thought.Just made myself some scones to try it out,great addition to the kitchen .Ordered from Amazon and arrived the following day, excellent review and you now have a new sub.

Seems to me with the bowl sides being so high it’s hard to add the flour. Plus the flour ended up on the top of the dough hook. Does they happen with other stand mixers?

It's utterly ridiculous that the Canadian distributor is asking $430.00 Cdn for it on Amazon and the Amazon US price is $169.00 (about $215.00 Cdn) so more than double the price. No one in Canada would pay that for a plastic mixer from China when they can get a Kitchenaid Classic or Artisan for less. Heck the KA Pro 5 Plus was just on sale for $369 Cdn last week and the Kenwood Chef is always about $350 cdn. Anyways, maybe they'll see this and wise up LOL.
