Greetings from Brazil Li sifu,I didn't know that the meaning of sei ping ma refers to the heads,shoulder,heart and legs,sifu to make a stable posture do the toes have to grip the ground?

Thanks Luis. Yes, Sei Ping are referred to the top of head, the balance of shoulders and legs( including the hip) and the heart. It is necessary to grip the toes to the ground as well in order to make stable and release power.

Hi sifu, I would like to ask your opinion on Taiwan's BaJi, about their mabu is small and low, and in order to do that, their knee is bent over their toe or else they will fall backward.

師傅 我站樁到15分鐘以上就腳震同膝頭痛 可以點改善呀?

首先,不是所有樁都適合長時間站,而膝痛有很多原因,當中如姿勢問題、方法不正確、甚至是本身生活習慣或舊患,如腰部的問題,亦會引致膝痛,因我未能了解你的實際情況,故不能一概而論。

您好,四平馬這種低樁是練勁的,初學以高樁為主,循序漸進降低身形,膝關節疼痛就不要練習了,建議看醫生,保護好自己的身體
