Nathan, I don't have one of those tools, but I bet they do work good. What I do, and you might try it is I put my hydraulics in the float position (it's the detent in your remotes when you push them all the way forward and they stay in that position if your tractor has to float option l) with everything resting on the ground, usually with tractor off and that usually takes all the pressure off of all the remotes. I hope it works for ya.

You also could go same fought with a 120 v being its stationary in the shop.

If you have ever tried to connect hydraulic lines in subzero temps, you would think that clamp is a damned stroke of genius. There is almost nothing more frustrating (and sometimes painful) than fiddling with those connections in bad weather. I wish I had one of those clamps about 30 years ago.

If you close the Grapple before you unhook and then connect the hoses together it will keep the pressure equal so easy hookup

The hoses for your grapple are hanging too low. They are in the dirt when your grapple is at ground level. I'd suggest some bungee straps or hose wraps to keep them from snagging on something. Perhaps even shorter hoses. Thanks for the vids. Long-time subscriber.

As someone that drives for a living, I understand full well how time is money. As for every minute those wheels are not turning, I don’t get paid. Same applied to when I was working on car’s, and being paid by book time. If the book said the job took 1.5 hours I had best have that job done in 1.5 hours or less. And fussing with a part that don’t wanna go in cost time and money. It shouldn’t take 3 hours of fighting to connect a hose, that should go on in 10 seconds.
@rogerr1296 Жыл бұрын
Great timing, I had to bleed the lines on my grapple yesterday to get it attached. Took it off on a really cold day and tried to put it back on a warm day so... yeah, no, not gonna happen. I'm ordering your clamp. lol.. Oh, what kind of fuel set up do you have for refueling your tractor. I was planning on using a 55-gallon drum on a pallet so I could load/unload in the truck with my tractor when I need to refill it so as curious what you have. Thanks.
