Cyansky K3-19 ir torch review

Thanks mate. I use one of their "ordinary" lamps. White, red and green with four brightness settings on each. It will range out to 400+ and is brilliant on a rimmy. Cost over a hundred, but tbh its the best compact lamp I have ever used. Mounted a small Pic rail under the 457 stock and its offset. I like the fact its got all three colours in one. Honest review though and I agree. Glad I am a lamping dinosaur 😛

Thats good to know Jon as they are sending me a lamp with 3 colours in it so I wonder if it's the same as you have or a newer model? Will have to wait and see. Great honest review as usual mate , looked pretty good at work in the footage , but as you said , without the adjustable beam and power settings it’s far too expensive, the odepro I reviewed a few years ago was cheaper than that, ( probably similar price now( but was fully adjustable, came with rat tail stock switch and some different coloured pills including ir and in a hard case , so given that option it’s a no brainer really , I’m sure the company will take on board your review, and maybe sort out some of the features, nice one mate 👍👍🤠

Thanks Col and yeah the odepro would be a better option I still mine. Like I said for a fixed beam it was good but way too expensive. Hopefully they will sort out the issues I mentioned. 👍

The ir torch that I use alot is the optic fire Tx38, these are on ebay around £35 it's a great torch and works well with my Alpex scope

@@jimwood I'm not familar with the Alpex scope ,I'm using a Bushnel 4-9 x36 ,would an ir torch work with this ? Should have given you these details to start. Thanks

@johnutting9615 ir torches are designed to work with night vision devices not standard day scopes. If you want a good torch for night time shooting I recommend the odepro kl52. I have one and it comes with different colour pills. It's a great kit. I have also been sent a torch from CYANSKY which has 2 different colour filters in it so there will be a review with that coming up abit later.

@@jimwood very quiet here where I am , got a Vixen last week with the 243 , i've seen another Fox feeding on a dead ewe and too far out for a shot so going to try to get him with the night vision ...
