No. Cyber bullying can really get to some people. I feel the same way you do, I don't give a shit if I get "bullied" on the internet but some people's minds dont work the same way. Some people take mean things, even over the internet, to heart. I've read about kids taking their own life over cyber bullying. It's a tricky thing since you can't see how the other person reacts.

I wouldn't have said it if it didn't work. When I was 16 I was 6 ft. 4 in. and weighed 350 lbs. I started playing football. our team focused alot on cardio and endurance. It was pretty much 2 hours of sprints and core exercises such as burpees and plank 4 times a week. I dropped down to 280 lbs. In 3 months. All the parts of my body that were loose and flabby tightened up.

Most people are also fat:).Whatever fat you want to eliminate is through exercise,no matter the type. Your body isn't the smartest so by doing crunches and just exercise focused on your abdomen won't work.So you need all your muscles to start demanding energy until the fat is consumed.Please note this won't be overnight.Also not eating doesn't help.Fat content in food won't help.Sugar doesn't make you fat,but if you are already fat, it will make your "quest" harder.... *this box is too small*
