सर जय हिंद मुझे इस बात से हैरानी होती है कि जब PAN कार्ड और आधार कार्ड से बैको मे खाता खुलता है।तो ये माफिया के खुले हुए खाते जिससे किसी ना किसी सौपीग माल,बैक या कोई भी संस्थान से कैस कराने के बाद,फ्रोडी के खाते बंद कर दिया जाता है और फिर खोल दिया जाता है? बैकिंग अधिकारियो का यही बोलना होता है कि पैसा मिलना नामुमकिन है।पर कैसे वो नही बोलते। मेरा सुझाव है कि भारत मे किसी भी ग्राहक का बैक अकाउंट कभी बंद नही होगा और खाते खुलवाने के तीन महीने के अंदर अपने स्थाई निवास के ग्रामपंचायत या ब्लाक से स्थाई निवास प्रमाणपत्र बैक के सुपुर्द करे अस्थाई पता किसी भी शहर का हो सकता है।

Sir, my only 1 question, why RBI is putting a condition that if some thief steals the money with no fault of the Bank Customer, why force the Bank Customers to report within 3 days else no money will be given by Bank, is this not a white color theft because no fault of the Customer too and with the Govt forcing people to go online, all the more for thiefs to rob online but RBI siding up with Bank to put conditions states a different state of affair that the Bank Customer is boxed in by thief from one side and RBI and Bank from another, could you please explain why RBI in collusion with Banks to put condition to report within few days, money is stolen, an people may not see it immediately and may be not even for 5/6 days or more than a week, particularly if the sim is inactive, etc.

Today I am very seriously telling sbi is also not taking care of the public accounts. Recently one incident happend me also, last month October 22nd one of the hacker has cheated sbi credit card, I did not told OTP number, even though I last 84475/- 1. My limit is 75000/- How they accepted more then 75000/-. 2.That amount has been spended Paytm Electricity bill, even that bankar also not mentioned Reference number. But they are saying pay before due date. Really very worest system following SBI rules. Even RBI also not careing. Very sad 😭

Sir apne gao ke police station me written complain dene gaya tha 5 February 2023 ko lekin unhone complain ko accept Nahi kiya ,, mere account me se 10000 debited hone se related Hitachi ATM Se Withdraw Karte time 28 January 2023 ko, but amount not receive within 45 days, all ready complain in Rbi ombudsman dated on 7 February 2023 mere bank ke manager sir to mana kar rahein hai kuchh bhi Karne se kya kiya jaaye please help me
