Party of five waited till 1:00 in the morning on Sunday for a Delta flight that was supposed to take off at 4:00 in the afternoon on Saturday. Finally, all flights to Albany New York were canceled and they have to rent a vehicle and drive to upstate New York today (sunday). They were able to get a meal voucher for brief time that Delta had a customer service agent but they had almost no information on the flights (changed flights when 4 pm flight was canceled) during the 9 hour unsuccessful wait. Do you think they will ever want to fly Delta again? Driving is definitely preferable to flying with the way these airlines treat customers.

Anyone heading to the west coast is in trouble. They still have planes at the gates in SEA, LAX, SFO, etc., since they have planes that got cancelled overnight to Asia. Good luck everyone! Oh try Alaska Airlines. They are using a different IT system!

There are still Delta passengers stranded at the Atlanta airport, at almost 10 pm Saturday, with very little information from the airline.

I was there. I flew in from south Florida. They wouldn’t tell us anythinb. Or fly me home. I had to to have a ride come from south Florida, I left last nite. Everyone was still there. Stranded.

Restart windows on safe mode, uninstall crowdstrike software , restart windows , or restart windows go into troubleshooting restore for past backup before update and stay with older version. Problem fixed till they get everything updated.. no reason to stay like deer in headlights and watch your business burn. This not that hard

They would NEVER admit to it, even if it were. Within minutes of these suspicious incidents, they are always SUPER quick announce, “This outage has not been caused by cyber attack.”
