About the Presenters
Erin West is a Cybercrime and Crypto Expert and an International Educator. She is a law enforcement officer and a prosecutor with the REACT Task Force, Office of the District Attorney, Santa Clara County. REACT is Santa Clara county's elite high tech investigative force who has taken down international SIM swappers, disrupted fraudulent call centers abroad and actively works to combat pig butchering scams.
Darren Numoto is the CIO and Director of IT in the City of Palo Alto, and passionate about creating public awareness of cyber security. The Office of the CIO provides leadership and strategic direction for the City of Palo Alto's use of technology. Darren spent more than 25 years at various Silicon Valley companies before he joined the City in 2014 as an IT leader.
