As opposed to Cyber Romero that was the White Tier Cyberdemon, Will Smith here (typically nicknamed Hellsmith) is the Black Tier Cyberdemon. Black Tier is like a step below the White Tier, while still being a boss tier. He's certainly among the tankiest monsters in the mod. But some monsters in the mod have even greater damage dealing potential.

Okay so the black tier cyber is equal to 10 vanilla cyberdemons while the white one easily defeats 10 cybers. Still, I wonder if 2 of them could beat Cyber Romero. It seems obvious that they should win but Romero has crazy movement.

Even though White Cyber (Cyber Romero) definitely has more attack power than Black Cyber, I think it’s safe to say that black Cyber owns with better AoE attacks. They seem to have way more range and variety to them and Cyber Romero’s attacks are generally more direct, albeit more devastating.

And I don't get these Super Villains who basically cheat. Reflect all projectiles tossed their way, jump around and make it impossible to target them... like what's the point? The Cesar Romero is like that, jumping all around, and now The Bullwinkle is doing the same thing. Are these new villains? I think I'd quit the game out of frustration instead of persevering.
