Can I do the tack base coat then cover it then put another coat of resin over the part then fit into the bag

You could.. it would pull most of the resin out, but, thinking about it now, that might eliminate the the need for the next coat that soaks the fabric. Good call man. I'll use that going forward.

Would a non Porous release film be better than the peel, ply since it won’t give you texture?

Negative. You need the excess resin to soak through it, and the air to be able to breath through it. If it was non porous, then you wouldn't be able to pull an even vacuum.

Very decent job done with the honeycombs , 38:48 agreed. PC modding stuff overpriced, cnc parts overpriced, Scaled model RC stuff over priced. Just have to think outta box and always come up with ideas that are dirt cheap and absolute satisfying. Next week could be next month 🤞😂

Thanks!! Very soon I'll be starting again. Had some things to deal with, but I'm back at it. Doing some cnc upgrades now and that'll be the next video. Also got more carbon fiber goodness in the works.

You could get rid of the bubbles with a torch and I don't think you'll melt anything cos you don't need to heat up long
