15:48 minute : Under "A4 Randomly Chosen Secret" 4th line: "...Accordingly at LOA2, SP 800-63-2 permitted the use of randomly generated PINs with 6 or more digits while requiring user-chosen memorized secrets to be a minimum of 8 characters long." (Shannon's Entropy ) Considering that length password depend of threat model (online attack) but no effective way for off line attack: "...With this limitation , 6 digit randomly-generated PINs are still considerated adequate for memorized secrets." (eg: randomly generated by CSP(Credential Service Provider)?

The NIST password guidelines have also been updated since 2017. So this question is really flawed as we are expected to know what the NIST password guidelines were back in 2017.
