I suggest doing a wipe via recovery (hardware reset and dont let apps reinstall via online backup. I was hacked again and again, some apps were remotely installed like device health services, many malware are disguised as something like this

After the factory reset, is it okay to reset from the backup that I did prior to factory resetting? Would it bring back any malicious stuff back on to the device? I just do not want to factory reset, reset from the backup and find out that I have invited the same problem all over again. Please advise. Google Pixel customer service said it's okay to reset from the backup.

@@RobinRhodes118 I simply did a factory reset and did not restore from the backup. It works awesome like a brand new phone now. The only thing is that I lost all past call history and SMS messages

Write down all your critical information in a notebook such as password's, email's, etc and triple check everything and make you backup everything and then save it! Do your full factory data reset after that set up your phone as new and enter everything manually as well! Change your email password's and user name's and password's too everything else as well and write ✍️ everything down in a notebook and put it in your safe spot! If you really want to you can completely change and set up new email address and password's as well for your accounts!

@@whiteviper1979 Not saving any critical information on phone, saving all the passwords in a paper is not the solution. Also to inform you I want to say that hackers can track you by IMEI number. So I set up new accounts before buying two new phones and new phone numbers, and after that again I set up new accounts. I started to use a firewall but someone still hacks. All firewalls let you control apps but what he does is above apps. I cannot bloke all IP accesses without apps. So he blocks my mobile internet. When I understand that he blocked my internet, I have to restart my phone to use it. Or he does something in my app accounts as if he is accessing through my own phone while I am using that app so I cannot find any suspicious accesses from different IPs.

No use, nearby share is one of the vulnerable for hacker.. Android one , if they force u to open that, it's equally like opened the Bluetooth open door for hackers that nearby ur house. And if ur wifi got hacked and u hv link up ur phone to the wifi, it's easy to be hacked if they hv ur ip , they will using ur ip address to send the packet to hack ur devices , no matter router or ur phone, it's easy to be hacked by hacker.

🎯 Despite the numerous devices over the years it only occurred to me when I bought new tablets this year and the person behind the counter made it obvious that they were memorising the IMEI number on the box. It explains who and how over the years, not just the number, reset, sim changes etc.

Do not use a VPN if you are trying to prevent yourself from being monetarily injured by hackers. Your bank will see the VPN see that the hacker was on a VPN and assumed that anything they did was you. This guy is a hack. The only good advice here was get antivirus

@Neolsrsfil: My Anti-Virus App in totally not effective at all!!! There seems to be somebody is always on my line as I'm using my phone. Verizon Customer Service and the Verizon store tells me to go to the Police!!!!! Utube and Google Ads automatically causes Malware on my phone! The "DO NOT DISTURB FEATURE TURNED ON" still allows scammers to get through to my phone day and night. The only thing I can do is to turn my phone off. I'm sure the hackers will probably figure out a way to turn my phone on after I turn it off. Can't these scammers ever get caught and get put in jail!!!!!???

I have a hacked phone. Back in July or August, i factory reset my phone. I didn't go on ANY suspicious or risky sites. I just surfed the net, and installed maybe 10 apps. I believe i have had a hacker in my email accounts, back when i DID do risky things, and that is why i factory reset my phone, and that is probably why the phone got reinfected. I will follow your instructions and hopefully will clean my phone without having to factory reset it AGAIN!!!! The thing that makes me mad is whenever we get hacked, everyone says "Just factory reset your phone!" Well, in my opinion, that is letting the hackers win! Do they own our phones, or do we? It seems like they have more power than us! Why isn't there a sophisticated phone app that uses AI that will find out which malware we have on our phones, and a way to get rid of it? This is the era of AI! We hear all the scary stories, saying that AI is dangerous to us all. Why is it just dangerous? Why can't AI help remove malware from our phones?

Hi, Could you help me in my situation, everything is hacked on the iPhone (Apple ID, apps, but not email, passwords). Technical service tells me it is only with Apple Us, so that they can solve the hacking, but even calls are diverted and I cannot call them, nor have I been able to communicate to Apple or through the website. Could someone give me a hand on what other option I have to be able to solve this in some way and not lose it after only 5 months of having it?

You would need to debug the kernal and correct the code that their backdooring through. but they have blocked most phones from doing this through fips and other bs locks you have to work around.
