When I booted it up, it took me to a page with a bunch of info like temperature, fan settings, etc. A bit more in-depth setup instructions other than the obvious cable connections would be appreciated.

Sounds like you booted straight into the bios menu of your motherboard. Did you accidentally hit delete or F2 on boot up?

The first boot of any new PC will take you into the Bios mode of your motherboard.

I wiped the ssd clean...cant install windows 11 or 10 "cleanly" without bugs and errors no matter what i throw at it. Called cyberpower tech support and a guy working there tells me "Im over thinking it". yea okay bud.

use another computer to make a media installer on a jump drive or thumb drive. This way, you should be able to install windows 10 or 11 onto the SSD and then when its finished, reboot the computer without the jump drive plugged in. And all should be good.

Maybe I’m a bit slow but for some reason I kept the on and off button down (O) and press the power button and nothing happened. I assumed that was on. We took it to the geek squad and it came right on. So we assumed it was our outlet so we purchase a power surge bar. I plugged it in and it still didn’t work. So I thought to push the “off” button (|) and it came right on. Apparently, I’ve mixed up the on and off button and I’m pretty tech savvy and not sure if I was having an off day or what but please try to flip the switch and push the power button. 😅 and of course try a powerful power surge bar.

Where’s the capture card located inside the PC if you need to replace it since mine is having problems with playback to rewatch the video I just filmed. I’ve also done format converting to see if that helps fix the problem.

Did not helped at all the "important quick start guid" said that I had to take out 2 screws to open up the case, took me a minute to just say call the service line but then it went straight to them telling me there were no agents that can help me. None of the videos online helped me either so I just kept going back to the direction (bc directions are supposed to help you with the product) come to find out I just had to pull the screen up

I haven’t had a chance to see mine up yet but I ordered the one that came with the ryzen 9 7900x cpu and the Nvidia GeForce RTX 4070 GPU but I have a complaint so far… mine was delivered with the top of the box already cut open. There was no usb key, start up book, owners manual for motherboard, power supply or anything for that matter! Only thing I got was a like fold up pamphlet for the GPU that gives no information!! And I did notice there is an open plug hanging off the GPU plug and I have no clue if it goes anywhere or if it’s just an extra one… I have no clue what kind of power supply I have or anything!! Hell I didn’t even have a product details sticker on the box to verify I even got the right one!! Only way I found out my GPU was the one it was suppose to be is cause there’s a SMALL sticker on the top of I that says 4070 GPU other then that I have no clue what the model name is or any other components in the pc… it sure is beautiful tho!!

Did you bother taking the time to load your windows on a usb then completely erase the entire pc memory then reboot it with the usb drive you saved windows to that way the ONLY thing that’s on the pc is windows?! And then when that’s done download the updated versions of the drivers, chipsets, bios update and your cpu and GPU command centers and did you bother turning all your settings to the max like the components were meant to be but don’t come that way from the factory or did you just turn it on and thought you was gonna get 5,000fps?! Gotta work for it dude!!

This video is dishonest. Mine requires you to unscrew a glass case by removing like 9 screws with a screwdriver and then assembling a bunch of components on the inside. I thought this pc was "play ready" or I wouldn't have bought it. I'm considering refunding it and getting one by a reputable company.

@@jackjo28 Costco. It was supposed to be an i7, with 4070, and Costco had it on sale for like 1500. I guess that's what I get for trying to go cheap. We are considering taking it back to Costco and see if they will refund it even though we tried to unscrew the back and open it up the way the directions said. We have extra parts that we can't find a place to put them, like thick cables with weird prongs on the end and stuff.

​@@ninovationprobably a driver issue. Plug monitor into the mother board and you will get a display. Then download the latest drivers for your graphics card. If that doesn't work than maybe your graphics card is not plugged in all the way.

@@ninovation Universal troubleshooting first step for this problem on any computer (aside from checking connection of HDMI or display port cable) is open the case and remove and reseat the video card. This is not unique to any particular brand.
