Proximate propagation helps alot. It goes from 24 ram to 16 ram if you are close to the target. Dont need to spend levels on intelligence.

Nicely done 👌 Worth pointing out to shoot each enemy at least once and scan them and check they carry frag grenades, some cops have flashbangs, run around them till they clump up and then use the grenade hack, and run back past him so enemies chase you and get blown up 👍

The best thing to do is to click R3 when looking at your operating system assigning quickhacks into your stack. It tells you how much ram you have.

Go to sleep then try again apparently the vendors refresh their stock.

That vendor didnt have it for me aswell. Checked the one in dogtown right after and she had it, no sleeping required for me.

I try to hack the cop but I can not do that ,it wont let me and when I do it on normal enemy it use stun grenade

Go to beach near cyberpsyco near mall near the area groups of 3 sitting at little beach houses. Shoot them until their health is almost gone. Walk out of their range and go back and do the same to the next enemy until all 3 have just a tiny amount of health and wait until they start standing together after they cool down and use the detonate grenade, I think 2 have grenades k e doesnt

Yeah one of the requirements is increasing your available RAM. There's some preparation involved.
