Bro this is too OP 😂 I got through 2 maxtacs and only got flatlined by the 3rd maxtac, and that too because I wasn't using berserk. Only used berserk a couple of times and barely used the EMP grenades. The shotgun and the byakko in this build are legit overkill for basically anything in this game! And you're pretty much invincible too. I'm impressed, great job

The smart link can be swapped by the Tiger claw’s tattoo. It can be collected at the beginning of the game after the heist. It costs 0 cyberware capacity and enables the smart targeting in smart weapons. This can help getting more out of your cyberware capacity

I tested purchasing the Kneel! mod at Wilson's and the weapon shop at the North of Westbrook by reloading 40 times at each store at levels 37, 40 and 45 but no luck. However at level 50 got the mod in 10 reloads along with other legendary mods. May have been bad luck but this may save some time if trying to get early game. Thanks again for your great content T7.

@@ll-WOW-ll but you need to get to smasher too. Foyer is fairly easy, yes, especially since they come in waves and if needed you can just retreat to the first hall. Downstairs is harder, especially when you get through the initial corridors and down into the large area where the server to plug Alt into is located. And imho i don't understand how it can be done in a non-netrunner build, like i'm super used to uploading cyberpsychosis on mechs to make them allies, and with berserk you don't have that.

It seems like you might be overlooking some benefits of using Blood Pump over using Heal-on-kill. Since Blood Pump is a cyberware, it will benefit from all the cyberware-boosting perks and other cyberware, whereas Maxdoc will not. So, Axolotl will reduce the cooldown of BP by 7.5% per kill, the Cyborg perk and the Quantum Tuner will reduce the cooldown of BP by 15% and make it charge 15% faster than the Maxdoc. The much faster health item cooldowns synergize with the Body perks, giving more adrenaline, which means more speed and damage as well as activating Pain to Gain for 20% more cooldown reduction on health items, more often. It will also give the Dorph-Head 100% mitigation chance more often than the Maxdoc loadout will. Extended Warranty will make the heal over time from the Blood Pump last longer, and you'll get more value out of Transfusion since you will be activating health items much more quickly and the Blood Pump heals overall much more than the MaxDoc.

You are over theorizing this by a long shot, without realizing that there is not even a measurable effect. The cooldown reset is entirely negligible when you get infinite health items from borrowed time. This is the KEY FLAW of all what you just wrote. There is no cooldown on borrowed time anyway, which means no cooldown on any of your health items! There is no difference other than that you waste a lot of capacity with bloodpump. And you get more health from killing enemies than from the health over time effect.

You really gotta try a 20 Body 20 Cool build and go crazy with shotguns, pistols, and explosive precision/sniper rifles (esp Sparky and Hypercritical). Especially with the build in the video you feel unstoppable. It’s like a whole new game if all you’ve done is netrunning/stealth builds every time. So much fun.

There is another invincibility thing in the game: Kerenzikov + Defenzikov + maxed up Mitigation %. Defenzikov grants you 100% Mitigation chance for 4 seconds after each Kerenzikov use. If you Mitigation value is around 90%, then this is almost invincibility, and you can use Kerenzikov 10+ times in a row during a fight, with Quantum Tuner. The only downside is that this is mainly for ranged weapons.

I added all the needed cyberware and i have 39 cybercapacity left. I dont have enought cyberware capacity to add everything, but i found 3 combinations where i can add enought to achieve my max. Which are (bionic joints, parrabellem, carapiece), (mechetronic core, Bionic joints, Parrabelem, reinforced tendon), or (Bionic joints, carrapiece, Karenzevov, reinforced tendens). this is literally my current build but mainly im using the apogee sandevistan and sometimes i' switch to biodyne berserk, it's true that the falcon gives you longer duration which is more helpful for you as a console player but as a pc player it doesnt bother me at all since we have much better control and maneuverability with mouse and keyboard and it's really much easier with pc and of course axilotol to get insane amount of kills in a small amount of time and keep up that apogee almost active all the time even without the quantum tuner which i'm not really a fan of it since it's really costy on cyberware and only useful once during combat, it's just not as effective as the axilotol. and with that 45 capacity you can equip more other effective cyberware. also i'm using adrenaline booster for that sweet +25% stamina on top of that +22% from the apogee, 25% melee attack speed, insane +90% melee damage and the right reflex perks this was really a game changer for me especially against maxtac

@@Tpachal yes same as you i' found it a little bit difficult at first but with practice you can use sandy, choose the right moment, run towards the camera and turn it off if you have 10 technical ability or above i'guess or use a silenced weapon or throwing knives then you will no longer have issues with cams

@@T7PDM no I do play with berserk but I only have Axolotl to support it (not the other one which I guess comes from PL?). It is true that Berserk makes me invincible but duration is sometimes not enough when enemies are spread out across large distances or multiple levels. Also, snipers… It’s not a complaint on the build dont get me wrong - it’d be pretty boring to be absolutely invincible. I’m mid game on very hard and these missions are the only ones I felt the need to take cover and use Berserk.

Even when i buy a new one and replace my equipped ones its always the same for multiple upgrades. Do you know how to fix that by chance? @@ryanjones5876 If you upgrade an item it will reroll the available stats. All items of the same rarity can get these new stats. If you dont like them, upgrade something for another reroll.

Easiest thing to reroll on are Tyger Claw Dermal imprint. They come on Tier 1, so upgrading it to Tier 5+ is 10 rerolls. The tattoo master has a fresh Tier1 available every day or two, i tend to grab 7-8 even at lvl 20-30 when i don't need them, because up to 40 i just buy new tiers not caring about minor stats, Tier upgrading is way more important. That's like 80 free rerolls, and you don't need high-tier components, you can make do with tier2-tier3 which you'll be swimming in at lvl40+

I think thats a +/-0 game, as they seemed to be moved between base game and DLC. 356 / 360 is the max amount that can be legitimately collected with 4 / 5 attributes over 9.

Running a very similar build to max crit damage/chance and headshot damage and pyromania but with the DB4 Igla + Firecracker (the Pozhar “hack” is just too easy) + Chrome Compressor and most iconic cyberwares and let me tell you, that was the easiest run I’ve had since 2.0 of the Reaper ending. Didn’t even need my Second Heart during the Smasher fight 😂

The "xmod2" weapons are special iconic weapons with mod slots. You can find many of them in dogtown, but some also appear early in the base game. The quest reward from Wilsons shooting challenge is also an iconic xmod2 weapon.

xmod2 weapons are basically same as say ordinary Tier 5+ \ 5++ weapons, except instead of grinding for a 5+\5++ with 2 empty mods slots you just grab iconic at level 41 it's already upgraded to 5+. Personal favorites are Umbra xmod2, Guillotine xmod2 and Pozhar xmod2. Umbra is subjectively hardest to get because you **must** do the very first airdrop up on the hill when you get out of the building in the morning in Lucretia My Reflection, to get metal sheets removed 2 days later.

You have 2 options to play cyberpunk. The first involves being a netrunner and with the other one you can do everything else. This build is for everything else. Very similar to this one except go for Cool 20, get most of the Pistol perks, and use the cyberware stat reroll to max out headshot damage. After that Body 20 with Adrenaline perks, Tech 20 for cyberware perks, and Reflex 18 for mobility/reload perks. Ready is up to preference. For cyberware probably Sandevistan (Apogee adds even more headshot damage, or Falcon for the most duration), skip all the melee cyberware unless you really want it, and definitely keep OP’s biomonitor, heal on kill, hand cyberware to reduce recoil, Axotl, and DEFINITELY the deep field interface to add the crit damage cause you’ll be getting guaranteed crit headshots with the Pistol perks. For this reason you can skip the iconic eye implant because you don’t need the extra crit chance. Better to save capacity so you can fill every cyberware slot to maximize the number of headshot multipliers you get. Recently ran this build and it shreds any non boss enemy when you focus on headshots

A netrunner build has 20 intelligence, in any other build you dont need intelligence at all, any points into intelligence would be wasted.

If you want to fight 20 rounds of maxtac and beat them in seconds on the highest difficulty you go for a berserk or sandi build. Berserk makes you invincible with a single click on a button and it will last forever. Netrunners are very vulnerable to maxtac and bosses and they get boring really fast as there is little to no interaction with your enemies or with the game. There is only one thing a netrunner build can do, which is netrunning... There are a lot of people on youtube with modded games playing netrunners on lower difficulty to make them look good against maxtac, but they are not. The truth is netrunners are extremely bad in early game and you will extremely struggle until you reach level 30, when you get legendary quickhacks, overclock adrenalin, etc... Before you have your core mechanics unlocked, there is little to nothing a netrunner can do. Netrunners start to be OP at level 40 and beyond, whereas Sandy or berserk is already OP at level 20.

Finish main at 36 (rogue's ending, for the Pride), then i just need to have reflex 9 (first i do tech int body 15) for dash because dash is needed in Dog Eat Dog to get to some hard-to-loot spots, The non-stop intro sequence is approx 3 levels i.e. you get out of the building in Lucretia My Reflection typically at 39. then very quickly do 40 to get tier 5 cyberware in shops, similarly quickly do 41 to get Tier 5+ iconics (that i intentionally do not collect if they can be painlessly not collected and picked up later, like Genjiroh in Japantown or Shingen Mark V in Arasaka Industrial)

@@wonderlustking6735 thanks! I ended up maxing out 3 characters since I posted that. The OP builds was too OP and made the game trivial on max difficulty even if you don’t optimize it. I’m really enjoying the glass cannon type builds now. I think after you see the mechanics of the game, it gets too easy. So I use crappier builds and weapons that have more “style” than power. Wish there was another notch for difficulty or better scaling at 60.

@@Lumpiada I wish there was NG+ or, at least, they'd add choice-specific weapons to Black Market (Doom Doom\Chaos, Fang \ Murphy's Law, Pariah \ Bunker crowbar, also Rosco and Cheetah which depend on choice to kill ot kill certain character). Like Watson with Pride & Prejudice would play significantly different from the actual beginning. Imho, NG+ is quite hard to code and they said multiple times they won't do it, but adding weapons to Black Market after corresponding quest is finished is easy. They added Apparition, Corpo intro -specific pistol, why not others? Oh and Yasha is still not obtainable from airdrops, while Amazon weapons are (i got all 6 on 2 of my 8ish completions, took circa 100 airdrops the first time and circa 60 the second time)

Blunt weapons are strong, but most of them are slow, there is no real incentive to use a blunt weapon instead of a Katana, Katanas are the better and faster melee weapons. There is only a handful of LMG in the game, and they are not really powerful either. With infinite ammo they can be decent.

i do skeleton for health, kintech frame for mitigation chance and spring joints for mitigation strength. Similar to odyssey, you can get close to 30-40% mitigation chance to have 70-80% mitigation strength (all resistance)

This is the best build you can make. Melee weapons have the highest damage and Byakko is the fastest attacking melee weapon, and with the Pozhar + Kneel you will one shot everything The Byakko will give you: 627.4 dps * (1+0.8) melee damage * (1+2.5) critical damage = 3953 dps 3953 * 4.23 attack speed = 16721 dps

Tyger claw dermal imprint. Costs 0, comes at Tier 1. upgrading it to 5+ is 10 rerolls on the same one, then just get another tier 1 (it respawns every 24 or 48 ingame hours). Or stock up as soon as it unlocks (talk to wakako after The Heist), i have like 8 of them, none are tier 5, highest is 2+ i think but i rolled good stuff already

Update the game. The capacity is capped at 450 (500 with edgerunner) in version 2.12. That will solve your problem. Any value beyond 360 however is not legitimately possible to achieve.... BTW: equipping only the most expensive items, even though this is far from optimal, will only require around 700 capacity.

I am sorry but after the video took me 20 hours to make it, I couldnt care less to upload all the stats on a website for people who refuse to watch it. Everything for the build including cyberware and skills, was shown in the video. If people look up the build somewhere else, they dont watch ads and I dont get paid. You upgrade cheap cyberware until you find a good set which you can put on expensive cyberware of the same rarity.

thanks for the reply. you mean you pick a random white level cyberware that is cheap to upgrade at the ripperdoc and continue to upgrade it until you get the bonus you want, like melee damage then somehow you can pick that bonus specifically when upgrading the cyberware you want to use and apply it to it? I'm just not seeing the connection between the two. sorry. maybe i need to keep playing with it. is a certain perk required? edgerunner?

@@nickventruella2493 Yes you need tech 9 perk (central tree right side), and i'd recommend getting Tyger Claw dermal imprint, several of them, they're fre and tier 1 so perfect for rerolling, each can be used 10 times basically (11 if upgrading to 5++ but it's pointless, just get a new Tier1 one)

You get 59 from levelling up, 10 from skill progression and 12 from locations. You have not maxed your skills and you did not collect all shards from the map.

OP build! The game became too easy even on very hard! 😅 used an igla with 2 mod slots instead of the pohzar xmod 2 with kneel. That shit’s too broken! I was able to complete every quest on my first playthrough with ease! Thanks

You can just use the standard cyberware instead. But the addon makes it much better and is a must have, if you want to make the best builds.
