Cyberpunk 2077 Benchmark, But Everyone is Adam Smasher

I heavily modded the game for fun with some nice mods I found on Nexus Mods. I'll list those later. Needless to say, when streaming, it tanks performance badly.

It's still not enough to stop V but it did make the game lag a lot. I'm running a 7800X3D with an RTX 4080 and the game became a stuttering mess when I provoked too many NPCs. It was really funny.
