I picked up a purple called “the sovereign” a double barrel that fires both barrels in tight spread, whilst aiming down sights. Or wide spread and single barrel when hipfiring. Incredibly powerful for both individual and groups of enemies.

Well you must be playing on a PC then because let me tell you if you were playing on a PS4 consul unless you were one of the rare lucky ones the experience is absolutely trash they just did another huge patch tonight still doesn’t fix the glitch where you cannot Sprint and you move slow like a turtle at least I do so I can’t really play the game because I can’t move fast enough to get out of the enemies way when the game decided to work this game is trash if I had a high powered busy I would probably love the game to

For the Ashura Legendary crafting spec, there is a scissor lift you can activate that takes up the scaffolding at the back and then it's just a couple of jumps to get up there, I tried 6 times and the loot didn't fall so started looking for the way up.

I wasn't immediately sold on the Ashura [a single shot?] but it quickly became obvious how powerful it was if you managed your ranges properly. I bought a Legendary version as soon as I could and use it in preference to the other snipers except when the power of a Grad rifle is necessary.

You can get an epic Ashura from the mission where you buy the spider bot from maelstrom. You just have to kill everyone instead of paying. It's in the room next to where you pick up the spider bot. Right next to the desk with the multiple monitors.

u can get an epic variant of the ashura smart sniper quite early in the game when u get to the prologue quest with the maelstrom guys when u kill royce or pay up when u go left u can go through a door and turn right and go through the next door and boom in the room is the sniper in a safe. and the ashura sniper is always epic .

Across from Kerry's house there is a mansion with an epic gun called Genjiroh. Its like skippy but a little different. Rounds per shot increased to 4. Increased mag size, projectile speed and can target up to 6 targets simultaneously.electric damage and 2 mod slots. It's inside an office on desk

Quick tip; Don't need to reload before crafting, if you click the weapon you want the craft & then click on another one, then click back, often the DPS changes, so it's not really 'that' random.

You can also get a guaranteed smart shotgun next to the corpo legendary jarket in the *NorthEast of Watson. Literally on the other body right next to it every time. Btw you can get a legendary version of any weapon/clothes, the real question is where are the uniqes. Still I'm enjoying where to find any guaranteed item because it makes roll playing better (as soon as I leave my appartment and i have to talk to Jackie to get my car/go to vic, I leave and make my build before starting the game) if you do this DO NOT PAY VIC UPFRONT wait until you get the pay back quest or it can charge you twice and you miss xp

I got the Ashura schematic today there before seeing this. But I cringed when you said you reloaded checkpoint after killing the guy up top. There is a lift you take then a jump or two on some scaffolding to get to that top level. Definitely gonna craft one after seeing it in action!

At 4:00 you can actually climb up there via the scaffold tower near one of the large pillars. Took me a while to figure out, but I knew there was a way to get up there since there's an npc up there.

My epic overture 1 shots pretty much all bosses. Has a 5x head shot bonus on it and also 80+ crit damage and like 100% crit chance. Also with a silencer which I run on it it adds 2.5x dmg donus. Thing does almost 70-80k a bullet. More on last last bullet with skill

@Moore Red Got no idea here mate. Finished 60hrs run, lacking skippy's quest for 100% quest completion on the whole game. 'Course, I play on PC, and the main quest with the minimal sidequest demands 35-40hrs. 'Sides, best weapon is Tech Sniper Breakthrough for 1500+DPS through frigging walls, after hacking an enemy with Ping. Whe I got bored? Malloriam Arms gun, sadly only 536DPS and no way to improve, but classy as hell.

The Ashura has a level 18 requirement (219 dps). You can bull rush it, and escape without a problem.

For the ashura, there's some scaffolding in the back that goes to the top and near the platform. I say have double jump before attempting this, as it made it easier. Maaaan, even with it, it was annoying.

Nice weapons. I prefer using the Comrade's Hammer and my newly discovered legendary weapon...Skippy..the smart (tech) pistol. Only downside is..if you aim down sites it sometimes prematurely fires without you actually pulling the trigger..still..it can auto aim for the head from the start and then just spam click/press the fire button..enemy go bye bye.

Idk what I did but once i crafted the legendary version of this weapon, I upgraded it until I couldnt anymore and I ended up with a 100% crit chance and 200% crit dmg along with other things. The dmg on the weapon is a bit over 1100 and hitting a headshot with this thing will do 100k+ dmg almost everytime, its insanely powerful. (I have other perks that increase rifle dmg and head shot dmg but I cant remember what they are)

Also if you get the perk that increases reload speed everytime you kill an enemy, it will make clearing groups of enemies go a lot faster since this gun has a really slow reload speed. Just make sure to keep aiming down until you hit the target since it only has 1 shot and it will reload when you stop aiming. once your target is dead you can stop aiming and you will get a much faster reload

Not really, there’s a sniper that’s a lot better than this. 3 best weapons are easily: Comrades Hammer (Tech Revolver) Doom Doom (Power Revolver) Overwatch (Power Sniper) Comrades Hammer has only 1 shot with an AOE explosion that 1 hits everything. Doom Doom is a DR5 Nova with increased damage, fire rate and recoil that shoots 4 bullets per round, also 1 hits everything, can be used as a shotgun with infinite range of you have the correct perk, it bundles all 4 rounds so it doesn’t have spread on longer ranges. Overwatch is a suppressed Sniper that can almost shoot through anything like Tech weapons and 1 shot body kills on Crits, it also has a higher fire rate than Smart Sniper, it’s superior over the smart sniper in every way except for the you don’t have to aim part.

The Overture revolver hits for 400 000 crit damage when leveled up and you can find the legendary version of it sitting on barrels in Watson. Ive duplicated crit damage mods so now I have them on my clothes and on my weapons so im reaching ridiculous numbers and im level 33 in the game

Agreed, an Overture at your level with a blue silencer and a few stealth perks is one of the few ways to make Very Hard difficulty bearable at pretty much any level. If you're below level 30 or on a difficulty below Very Hard, even a green or blue Overture can be enough to one-shot anything with a headshot. An iconic or legendary one at your level can make any boss trivial on any difficulty.

Maxed out silenced Doom Doom hip fire one shots everything and 1 mag's final boss is a second. All you have to do is not kill Dum Dum the first time you meet him then kill and loot him the second time.

Does anyone know if you can get a militech version of the Dirty Nusa Tactical Harness? It's basically a tactical harness with a ballistic collar surrounding your whole neck front and back. I have seen the militech armorfiber tactical harness but that only has a front facing plate. I'm looking for the one that has all around the neck. No one on any cyberpunk item database has anything near complete. I've gotten items none of them even list.

There's a rare Ashura somewhere in Watson as well I've restarted multiple times and found it in each one but unfortunately I cant remember where :( will make a note if I come across it again

EDIT: found it, it's in Royce's safe in the Pickup mission. On Normal it was rare, on Hard it was epic

Didn’t have to do that on the right side there is a scaffolding all you gotta do is climb it to the top and then you can get on the platform.
