If you are unaware, there is a perfectly rational explanation for this. Adam Smasher moonlights as a car delivery specialist. If you were fast enough to run around the corner, you would have seen him running down the road with a Gecko under one arm and a Guinevere under the other.

I love the idea of V being a completely obnoxious but mostly harmless, just annoying, menace to society who goes around routinely hitting devices and ruined cars with the "distract enemies" hack. They just do it because they like to make noise and annoy people for the attention. 😂

Everybody gangsta, until you spawn inside such car during a cutscene :D... it wasn't really like this tbh, I just spawned a few meters in the air, fell, car exploded, I died. :D
