How lucky I am to have started playing Cyberpunk after all the patches. Compared to the older versions and the E3 version, the game now has improved lighting and richer colors. It really looks amazing, really top-notch.

Upgraded to RTX 4090 a month ago and replaying with everything on max including Path tracing and it looks like heaven now (Never dips below 95 FPS). I will never stop playing this game

Not sure what set up you all are rocking, but Cyberpunk 2077 with a 4090 looks absolutely beautiful, maxed out in 4K with DLSS quality enabled and FG. In no way does DLSS or FG ruin the picture or smoothness. To each their own, though.

​@@strker99 DLSS on Quality is fine, everything below that is not good. FG in other hand introduces a lot of artifacts that are noticable if you are moving. We just said he is lying because maxed out means a native Antia Aliasing Solution like DLAA or TAA. DLSS will always be faster because you are only rendering 2560x1440p. I would guess you can hit around 50 FPS on a 4090 with Path Tracing (Photo) on 2k, with Frame Generation 100 FPS. Frame Generation below 60 FPS Native is actually way worse than over 60 FPS. Dont get fooled by all that NVIDEA AI.

What platform is this on? It would be helpful to include context in either the title or description. Based on the jerky aiming, looks like it's being played with a controller, 2.0 update footage does not have ray tracing enabled, and that population density is definitely console.

I know they added Ray Traced local shadows to the game with the Patch 1.5 on PC next to the many other RT options. But on PC there is no "disk" version, I can't download the PC version 1.0 for example.

cyberpunk 2077, alan wake 2 and hellblade 2 are the games with the most advanced graphics and technology, but among these. despite cyberpunk being the "oldest" (if we consider its first release) it is the only one that offers an open world and an entire city with many situations to explore and admire. Now we wait for gta 6 but the variety of builds that cyberpunk has proposed will surely give a more varied gameplay even if gta 6 will surely be a new standard in quantity of content situations.

Bought the game day one on PC. Played up until "tutorial" and decided to procrastinate up until now. Played again 1 week ago and almost done with the campaign. There are still some bugs but the overall gameplay and open world experience is very enjoyable. Will definitely grab the DLC!

I had got this game pre release cuz I was so hyped. But when I played it, I was so disappointed. Couldn't believe its the same developers that made Witcher series. I uninstalled it and came back to it in Jun 24 with all that Phantom Liberty stuff all ready to go and boy have I clocked 800 hours in this already. Yup. That's the CDPR I was hyped about. Made mistakes but what a way to go. It takes guts to admit that you messed up and even more balls to actually rectify those mistakes and make a huge come back. This one goes in my top tier games along with RDR2, Witcher 3, Ghost of Tsushima, GOW.

@@adammonsterzero Hahaha lol. I first played the vanilla game. Then I installed shit ton of mods. Once I installed the mods, it became a whole new experience. Then I played as a female V trying other paths. Also I like to take it slow and steady. For instance, I do not like to use fast travel in any game. Even in a game like RDR2, where the distances can be overwhelming. I also don't like mini maps in games especially in open world rpgs. Like in rdr2, I had to travel from Gaptooth Ridge to Wapiti. I do it on horseback. The same way, I travel around cyberpunk map by a vehicle or at the start of the game, I use NCART. It takes time but I find it very immersive.I have around 2300 hours in rdr2 and I have never played online mode. Also, I often come back to the games that I like.

I like the 2.0 style at most, but what I absolutely don’t like is that it’s too much sunny and it’s even too bright, they should do most time grey, rainy, fog, sandstorms and some more special storms

It's crazy how much better the game looks compared to release AND how much better it performs. They really tightened that engine down. I remember at release there were so GNARLY bugs that took forever to get fixed and would impact performance heavily. I had a persistent issue until patch 1.5 where the game would start off performing great but the performance would steadily degrade throughout the play session until the game was restarted. It was obnoxious. 1.5 was definitely a big step in the right direction but 2.0 seriously got the game into a good playable state.

I'm not sure these are with same setting applied. OK, for E3 version you can't know... but other ones you can. It seems as release one is with worse upscaling or with lower resolutions then 2.0, but then there is the question of RT...

I don't think 2.0 screens have PT tracing on since they are too bright. PT drops several layers of shadows to basically everything

Mixed bag - the release version has more advanced lighting/shadows. But the UI/HUD is worse. And why is there so much blue in release? The muted greys of E3 was much better. Overall, still prefer the 'cleaner' E3 version.

It is free you have to install it from your game library and choose ps5 version which has 2.0

I’ve been playing since it first came out and it was always good. The folks who struggled chose to play it on far too outdated tech like Xbox One/PS4. Consoles, mind you, that the developers should’ve never have released it on in the first place but felt pressured to because the next gen was still being phased in at the time. When I saw the E3 demos back in 2020 I never once had the thought cross my mind to buy it for my old console because it was obvious a game that graphically impressive would inevitably run like shit on it.

I played after a few major patches and I beat the game before on the sun ending where you raid saka tower by yourself with johnny and it was easy as cake with the right build before the new skill tree system

I finished the game on the PC release version. And then recently I ran the game with all the updates and I realized that something was wrong, it wasn't as pretty as I remembered. After watching this video, I'm sure it got worse. The game lost all that atmospheric vibe it had before. People here are saying something about green tint. But, I don't know if that's all, I hope it is.

I got the game on the day of release on PS4 that was a doozy of a ride. But I told myself not to get a refund I even bought for my PC which ran the game with medium settings. Still couldnt play told myself to wait until I got a ps5. Did that got a ps5 then I bought the DLC and let me tell you. I am enjoying this game so much I dont even want to finish it.

В 2.0 самая плохая графика за всю историю киберпанка. Даже в динамическом разрешении , ползунок от 50 до 85 все обьекты выглядят как мельтешащиеся пиксели. На 1.52 и 1.61 с которыми я сравнивал этого небыло ДАЖЕ на пресете dllss balance. Кроме того в 2.0 убрано много отражений , особенно на асфальте и на тротуарах. 2.0 - зашквар.

There really weren't any dramatic graphical improvements from 1.63 to 2.0 the drastic changes were mostly to gameplay, Really stupid things like enemy level scaling because CDRR apparently never played Oblivion to understand why that sucks and a gutting of the RPG elements oh and really stupid stuff like stamina being tied to shooting and a cyberware limit

Графика на консоли сильно хуже чем на ПК это 2 и геймпад не подходит для комфортной игры в шутеры это 2. Не надо рассказывать мне про хват краба и прочие извращения, это для проф игроков в шутеры, обычный хомячок таким навыкам не обучится. С таким же успехом можно руль в машине на рычажную систему экскаватора заменить и рассказывать всем как же это удобно.

На данный момент 30 серия видеокарт уже является устаревшей, скоро появится 50 серия. Графика на консолях это высокие настройки с нативным разрешением, то есть то и дело превращающимся в мыло. На ПК после высоких идут Ультра настройки, а выше них Впечатляющие, которые у вас называются Psycho, на них местами игру можно спутать с реальным фото. Игрокам на консолях даже полноценные высокие настройки недоступны, так что о чём тут можно спорить.

@YoisWoki ты явно чего то скурил не того. Тебе кто железо стоимостью в 130 тысяч за одну деталь сунет в коробку за 60. Я всё понимаю, тебе нравятся консоли, но всему есть предел. На консолях даже последней ревизии графика в режиме качества равна настройкам ВЫСОКИЕ, а это третий из пяти уровень качества. И при этом, это всё работает в 30 фпс в нативном разрешении. На PS же киберпанк с трудом работает на минимальном пресете графики.
