Doubt i could ever wrap my head around the entirety of Cyberpunk's story, and it might be not necessary actually.

I really only lost my cool on this when I realized the miniscule lag between Lizzy's movements and the "program" that was being "played out" by the in-game/in-universe computers. Absolutely fantastic.

Once you watch the song go speak to Lizzy and she will give you the crown that she was wearing - she's at one of the bars. And then go back to your original home and you shall receive the only replayable braindance in the game and of course it the song Lizzy just sang.
