If you play Quantum Tuner to refresh your Overclock you must not use any other cyberwares which also have cooldown, because Quantum Tuner can be wasted on those, especially on Kerenzikov, Reflex Tuner...Tbh it's better to use the Cox-2 instead. I'm working on a smart SMG build as well, but with different cyberwares and perks, i went mitigation with Pyromania and Heat Shield (works with Yinglong EMP blast, 50% mitigation chance at 80% mitigation strength, with Neofiber it goes to 61% mitigation chance), it's way more tankier than any armor based build even considering taking out Para Bellum for Kinetic Frame, in skeleton slots i use Para Bellum, Ram Recoup, Spring Joints, in Integumentary System i use Defenzikov, Pain Editor, Painducer, in Nervous System Neofiber, Kerenzikov and Deep Field (the 30m one, the one you are using is for sniper, you should use the non iconic one)...all cyberwares slots are filled excepted the 2nd hand slot.

Hmm, I just use the overclock from the start to prevent that, but yes I guess you can tweak it around.

Wait does reduced cyberware cooldown work on overclock? I thought it would be better to go for as much ram as possible for more accurate smart weapons

People always make those videos showcasing their overpowered builds, dashing around, high octane gameplay, always on the move, quick decision making... meanwhile I just waltz in everywhere via the main entrance and take a stroll through the very middle of everything with my explosive LMG, never letting off the trigger since the mag reloads itself on every kill, 2k armor, ridiculously fast reloading health boosters that automatically use themselves and no single fuck to give. Smasher fight with that build felt like Saitama vs Boros moment. I just walk through everything, I don't remember when a tank build in a game felt this good.

Doing stuff like this is fun and all every now and then, but speed/stealth/netrunning styles just feel more cyberpunk and still take a bit of a challenge. Sometimes I play netrunner builds with enough ram to hack everyone in an area with the suicide quickhack just to feel like a god, but now I'm playing stealth sandevistan with melee because the phantom liberty quests feel so stealth rewarding specifically. + sandevistan feels like what an ex corporation operator would use

@@cockatoofan I usually go with full stealth builds in games like this, close and personal, no pistols with silencers, hands and knives only, slow and methodical but I was kinda disappointed that first: there ain't no stealth takedowns with knives, no throat slicing, back stabs, silent executions, nothing and second... despite all the patches and changes to CB2077 is still a buggy mess and close&personal stealth simple feels unfair A LOTof times because enemies detect you via some bullshit ways like see through walls and around corners, happened often enough that I decided to re-spec into full body-tech and just go guns blazing because this is how it often ended anyways. Or other times jumping on an enemy did nothing, just landed on him.. I throw knife at one enemy to kill him, I should still have a second or two to react to the 2nd one but no, instantly the whole building is aggord on me and I can see with Ping that they all look DIRECTLY AT ME There is a prison in NC guarded by mercs with walls that NPC can see through and you can shoot through it, groups of invincible enemies (I remember one being in Santo Domingo near some house), during one gig Militech sniper detected me around a corner while I was waiting on a ledge for him to go away, he just looked at me through the wall.. felt really bad to play, frustrating, immersion breaking. I plan next playthrough to go with a katana build though

there is a mod that fixes it, same with the melee finisher animations that broke with 2.1

Great looking build and I'm very looking forward to trying it. I'm hoping I can somehow make use of the Monowire. I put your build into a skill planner making it easier for me to allocate points and you have a total of 81 perk points out of 80 available. What am I missing? Thanks.

Wow this is an amazing build. It melts down through everything! Though I have a build request I really want that no one built. Ashura/Genjiroh netrunner build. I don't know why but I love Ashura, sadly there is no build for it. Please make one! You are amazing!
