Yes this is PC footage but this footage does not have rtx on. It looks this way because it is being rendered at 100 bit rate

What I'm looking for is similar to your camera panning shot at 5:45 of your Flying Over Night City video in terms of camera movement, but more straight over the city instead of diagonally following a flying car. Could I commission you to do a shot like that for me? I'd be happy to pay for your time.
