can you add a way to config how rare cyberpsychosis is when you have pre cyberpsychosis because i cant seem to get it

@@djkovrik when i go cyberpsycho i get the debuffs from when its ment to run out, like i cant use my sandevistan or hacking system while im a cyberpsycho and i have the debuffs

With the new version I don't have this effect and this sound. I'm blocked on 7 of humanity and not loss to 0 for the full cyberpsychose. Do you have a solution ?
