Its not mods its the kerenzikov its some cyberware you can use and it slows down time when you dash or slide and aim down sights

@@god.silent they were working on a multiplayer. in the credits for the game it has a multiplayer dev section. in the credits. the reason behind it not being finished is they needed more resources for the main game to reach the deadline of release
