Scrapper is TERRIBLE! There's a lot of junk that exists just to sell, and this perk will COST YOU MONEY! Do not take it!

You should try perks before you recommend it. Throwing knifes has a bug. Do not invest in it.

The best universal build is going fully into Cold-blooded, with all the perks you can get 5 stacks of cold blooded and maintain them easily with the 25% crit chance to activate it. At level 20, you can get the crit chance + crit damage boost while you have cold blood on, as well as being immune to all status effects. Combine this with the 20% armor per stack, you gain additional 100% armor as well as 500% health regen in-combat/outside of combat. This makes your character very tanky with good damage, you won't be flatling out of nowhere on hard/very hard difficulty.

Heard the dismantle junk one is not so great because you can just sell all that for some good cash.. up to who ever is playing though I guess.

Nice guide. Been looking for decent guides with no spoilers. Currently running a Body Reflex build. Really want to go with a blade cold blood character next though. Biggest problem right now is balancing game time between Genshin and Cyberpunk. Genshin is still winning because I have characters to level up before patch 😂

Keep seeing people recommend the regeneration perk that 'slowly regens health in combat.' And, I don't know if mine was just bugged, but it only regens up to a max of 50% of your health. Considering how plentiful and powerful heal pots are in cyberpunk, it is a trash perk. You still have to use a heal pot, and whether you're at 50% or 5% one heal pot is gonna get you to max. So, it's kind of a pointless waste of a perk point. Just use a healing potion.
