CyberQ Brisket Recipe ~ CyberQ Cloud Experiment and Review

BBQ Guru sent me out their new CyberQ Cloud air & temperature controller to review and I must say I was very impressed with how well it worked, and the long burn time I was able to get with the charcoal on this brisket cook. This unit would be great for any pit, but I found it especially beneficial to use on my Lonestar Grillz offset smoker to aid in making perfect BBQ while getting some sleep.
The CyberQ Wifi syncs up with the website "ShareMyCook" and gives you a complete history of your cook, plus you can monitor it in realtime as well.
