Congrats on this incredible series, I'll be waiting for season 2! I'm working on the Infrastructure side of things. My company is starting to work strongly on security, and we ourselves started learning about security, regulations, best practices... but the world of security is vast - and sometimes not that-well explained or organized. Personally, I think this series was great to bring order to chaos. You made clear what some of the "Pillars" we should pay attention to when we think/talk about security are, and what tools or techniques are involved in each one of them. Which in the end helped us to define learning and implementation strategies. In a way, I felt we were learning how and what to learn about modern security. In addition to that, it is noticeable you are passionate about both security and teaching, and that was a great motivation. Thanks again! 💪

Usually, I don't leave comments on channels, but this series deserves to be acknowledged. Thank you very much, Professor! For the tremendous effort you put into this series. This series is very valuable, especially for those starting in the field of cybersecurity. Personally, I learned a lot of concepts and principles in cybersecurity, from the first to the tenth lesson, the four principles to follow, and the fifth to avoid in the structure of cybersecurity, through the CIA Triangle, the seven domains in the structure of cybersecurity, rules and tools, reaching the end of the journey with the SOC 'Security Operations Center' with its four concepts. It's truly an enjoyable series. Greetings to you, A Sudanese 🇸🇩 passed by here 👌🌹😂"

Hi. I was working using tech tools. It was a blind time for me. Not much to say, to do, or to change. I was a tech nerdy guy blind in the tech industry until COVID-19 hit the planet. The opportunity arrived to see how all systems (old and new ones). Tech systems were a silent helper to many of us to continue our daily activities. Our data were at a light speed, all over the world, every day - and still is. I got curious -as part of my nature- about the reliability of the data. All the time was - my inner voicer- a lost piece that our data was at risk more than ever. I began my journey about the security of our data -in my free time- reading, watching, and listening to the gurus in the field. Your video series opened my mind to understand the security tech systems layers in which our data lives. With that in mind, I have watched your Cybersecurity Architecture series twice. ( I will do it again and again). What will be your advice -for me, a long-life learner- to continue my learning journey in Cybersecurity?

Thanks for these 10 videos. I've been in Networks for 30 years and I didn't realize how much knowledge I had. This course gave me a great introduction to vocabulary and concepts that were intuitive but not quantified, like business context and system context in relationship to the architectural overview. What I learned was the Dev OPS Sec. I come from network infrastructure, so I have never really seen the combination of the three, but when thinking about SaaS solutions, the light bulb went off. I've seen investigations, but the course gave me a better understanding of a case and its components. I want to delve deeper into the Security Operations teams, their business processes, and the SIEM and XDR tools. I am very interested in the SOAR process. In networks I've worked on, they never really focused on the remediation of a breach and then translating that remediation into a security policy for the future. Great Introduction, Thanks!!!.

Thank you for taking the time to create this course. Although I am glad that cybersecurity systems are in place, the more I look into it, it just seems to be on the back foot as attackers become more sophisticated. I started looking into it with the question "how secure can we make a system" and now the question is more "How insecure can we afford to be". That makes cybersecurity a massive cost burden to every business which undermines its successfulness. That is not a good place for an industry to be in

Love you, Jeff, for providing this insightful overview of cybersecurity. The information about the 200 and 270-day concepts was new to me. The explanation of the PAM concept from an administrator's perspective was clear and helpful. I look forward to more in-depth instruction on topics like micro-segmentation, auto-response playbooks, and the integration of SIEM with XDR, particularly in the context of automated responses

I just can confirm what Antoine mentioned, alla IT Manager should take this series of information and as well all ceo's and members of board so they start to understand the complexity of cyber security and all the needed tools to protect their assets, keep going this way it is really kept simple and understandable also for non IT people. Amazing Dr. Crume, I loved this series. I was on the cloud infrastructure side of things, but now I've gotten into cybersecurity from soup to nuts thanks to this series. I'd love to know more about the usage of AI in cybersecurity, specifically how LLMs can be used to reduce MTI from 200 days to minutes.
