What you say makes so much sense. It’s so important to get advice from people like you who ground you in reality first. Then, as you go through the grind, if you happen to get any good luck on your journey, it makes it even better. If not, you know what to expect, and you won’t be discouraged if you’re not as insanely lucky as those rare outliers. People need this kind of advice more-it’s practical and realistic. Much respect.

A great grounded video as always. If you want something you have to work hard for it. This video will sort the dreamers from the grafters!

Hello Salih, Thank you for taking the time to create your videos. You provide so much great advice and advice that is actually has value. What you have done is amazing. You should be very proud of youself and the hard work you put in. I just watched a video of a 26 year old that was laid off as a software engineer. He is complaining that no one will hire him however he doesn't want to retrain or work. He spends his days hiking and taking pictures. Hearing someone like you that has work ethic, humble and dedicated to acheiving a goal is so refreshing. I have a UK friend that is encouraging me to become a Cyber Security guy. It is quite intemidating but watching your videos help alot letting me know it is doable and how to start. Thank you, Robert

Thanks for the balanced discussion on the value and nuance of different certs and how they can help advance career goals. Of course multiple choice based certs are not enough to get a job or even be a cybersecurity expert, and they can’t hold a candle to practical application. However, they can be a helpful component of a 70-20-10 experiences-relationships-education career development plan to get where you want to go. I find your setting and crushing goals with certs in your career roadmap very inspiring!

Thank you dear, for sharing your insights and valuable information, I need to ask one question that I am in Computer Networking profession for 9 years in small office with CCNA and recently I have acquired ISC 2 CC certificate. I just wanted to know that CEH plus CISSP certification is better option or Security+ and CISSP to get recognized in Cyber Security for mid level job? Thanks and Stay Blessed.

I think CEH and CISSP is better, because the security+ is a smaller version of the CISSP to some degree. The CEH is a focused on ethical hacking so teaches you some new skills not found in CISSP or Security+.
