Cybersecurity starts with CCNA or comptia security+

You can go with comptia security as base ..then you should know different types of attacks...you should know on windows or Linux kernel level to analyse if an attack is performed..you have to perform postmortem..which means when attack happened you should check ioc...indication of compromise...so attacker will leave some information in system when to did attack so need to analyse network log..memory dump and lot ...so learn and try to perform attack with your lab environment

She doesn't answerd properly for the question which he asked regarding how SOC team deals with a VAPT activity on the Infra which they monitor here is the my clear explanation as a SOC analyst: Before the VAT activity most of the times clients will infrom us that their Internal Or external team is gonna performe a VAPT activity so kindly ignore alerts from these IPs Or these these kind of alerts which they will mention but sometimes clients will don't inform us and test us how the blue team deals with such situation and we will find out it is an alert and based on alert we will raise it as a P1 to P4 cases. For example our client has performed VAPT and tested our SOC team respond.
