you have to PULL upwards quite hard to remove the carrier from the base. It took me and my wife quite a bit of time to figure that out...

Ive have the base installed for a few days and the green ball keeps moving from 4-22 sometimes on the red sometimes on 22 to 35 is there a way to keep that from happening or do I have to put the seat on the base right away after I get it to be on 4to 22

Hey Gema! When adding the seat onto the base that can change the indicator. You want to make sure that the base is installed properly to where there is less than an inch of movement side to side at the belt path. If not tight enough then it could allow the indicator to change as well. We do offer Live video installation and customer support via ParentLink.
