Love this question! I asked the brand directly, just to be sure. Here was their reply: The battery and stroller water resistant and are rated as IP65 which is an international standard that indicates an electrical enclosure is dust tight and watertight against light water spray. The stroller and battery should never be submerged in water.

How would you adjust the speed of the eassist? Is it not ever moving too fast or too slow, and can it be used on a flat surface?

Ohhh I love these questions! The e-assist is AMAZING on flat surfaces, it can take so much of the weight out of pushing your stroller. You can manage speed up and down based on how much pressure you put on the lever with your finger, its very easy to control.

The stroller has no tracking whatsoever - it is simply a battery that you can control on your own in the handle of the stroller. It has no Bluetooth internet or tracking capabilities. The battery is also in the basket of the stroller so not close to the baby for radiation concerns.
