I can confirm, the priam3 handles rough terrain much better than the priam2 (shown on the video). the handle mechanism is improved as well.

Thank you so much for this. Finally a proper review from an engineering/ industrial design perspective. So much more substance than the usual sales presentations on youtube. I just checked out the 2021 fox and priam models in a store. It seems the current priam model does not have this overall loosenes to it anymore. Furthermore i realy liked the minimalist design and ease of use (e.g. Folding mechanism, Extension of the handle). In terms of driving characteristics and suspension the fox seems to be more compfortable by a bit. However the more compact shape of the cybex made it easier to navigate in close quarters. Our favorite is the priam but we would be using the stroller off roads and are not sure if it can handle rough terrain, even the newer model. We will be having a look at some Hartan models which seem to be less fashionable but more sturdy in engineering terms. Do you have any experience with this brand?

We've dealt with a lot of Hartan models in the workshop over the years, and I can't speak for all of their newer models, but the ones we dealt with had a tendency to have problems related to being too heavy for the handle, especially those models with hinged handle adjustment mechanisms, which often resulted in breaks, unfortunately.

I’m torn between fox and Priam. I love everything about Fox EXCEPT the basket seat. Basket seats don’t make any sense to me. It doesn’t look comfortable. The leg raised position in recliner mode just looks so awkward. I don’t understand how kids are comfortable in that position. And how can you change diaper in a basket seat? What I love the most about Fox is the buttery drive (beats the annoying stiffness feel in Uppababy Vista by milles), superb maneuvering, and it has the lowest handlebar setting compare to all other similar models which is so so comfortable and just right for shorter person (I’m 5’1”). That say, Do you think the less terrain capability and maneuverability for Priam and a little bit sacrifice in comfort is worth going for if lay flat seat is important to me?

This priam shown is the priam 2. The priam 3 looks different and have some additional upgrades

@@tamishagaynor7563 How can you see the difference between 2 and 3? Does it have a special name or something like that? I want the priam so bad but it needs to handle a bit rougher terrain.

@@RominaHrz the priam3 has different memory buttons and it’s located on the back interior of the side panels. The color options are completely different as well. This color was exclusively for the 2. The handle bar on the 3 doesn’t move as much, and the wheels have been upgraded as well.
